Inside Canyon Ranch Austin's Women's Wellness Collective and 40-Room Spa
The new Hill Country resort pairs a hormone-health program with cold plunges, steam rooms and a signature beauty retreat.
Beyond its size, Canyon Ranch Austin is staking its identity on women's health. The Women's Wellness Collective, led by medical director Dr. Riteesha Reddy, covers perimenopause, menopause, hormonal health, postpartum care, aging and beauty.
The spa experience
The resort's 40,000-square-foot spa offers massages, facials, body treatments, beauty services and recovery therapies across 40 treatment rooms. Facilities include two pools, cold plunges, rain showers, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, aromatic steam rooms and a cedar sauna with continuous aromatherapy. A signature "Get Snatched" beauty retreat is offered with facialist Ivan Pol, and CR Vitality provides recovery services.
Medical and fitness side
The 12,000-square-foot Wellspring medical center offers consultations with health professionals, while the 27,000-square-foot Barn houses fitness studios and a racquet center. Rates start at $1,325 per person per night, all-inclusive, with spa treatments extra and a "Stay Your Way" package that adds nightly spa and fitness credits for stays of two or more nights.
The opening, reported by CultureMap on Oct. 30, adds a destination-scale wellness option to the Texas market.
